Michigan Music Review
Host Duane Weed and Nick Schmuck join up again for a Music Review and this time they focus on some blues.
Duane found it interesting in this Michigan Music Review that it took Nick a few hints to come up the fourth-place winner of the “The Voice” that was on NBC.
Some cools facts we found:
- LAITH MEANS “LION” IN ARABIC.
- LAITH TAUGHT HIMSELF HOW TO PLAY GUITAR.
- SPENT TWO YEARS STUDING VOICE AT WESTERN MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY.
- HIS “VOICE” COACH ADAM LEVINE PUSHED HIM AND THE RESULT WAS MORE EMOTION IN HIS VOICE.
The first solo album Al-Saadi released was titled, Long Time Coming in 2008. Both Duane and Nick loved this review and the classic blues and rock sound. The power in his vocals you can hear Duane say.
“The Voice” came outApril 26, 2011 with the winner of that first season being Javier Colon. Having taking fourth Al-Saadi has reached for the stars and is sharing his musical talents of all of us.
